Senior Business Strategist

Job Summary:
A Senior Business Strategist is sought to provide strategic planning and implementation support to drive business growth. This role involves analyzing market trends, developing financial models, and creating annual and long-term strategic plans.

Responsibilities:
• Gather and interpret market data to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
• Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Formulate and implement annual and long-term strategic plans to meet business objectives and improve competitive positioning.
• Lead the development of key performance indicators to support achievement of business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Oversee the timely development of business performance reports by collecting business and financial performance data and crafting strategic narratives.
• Proactively identify and address business and organizational problems by independently scoping and conducting research, synthesizing findings, and developing strategic improvements along with high-level action plans.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative business subject (Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science) or MBA is preferred.
• Must possess intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• 8-10 years of generalist strategy or implementation consulting experience is ideal, although not mandatory.
• Must have a solid quantitative and analytical aptitude.
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
