Senior Business Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of business strategies and operational plans.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in business management, consulting, or a similar executive support role. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies and operational plans to drive growth and profitability. \
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and performance reviews to inform decision-making. \
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management. \
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress of strategic initiatives. \
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure effective communication and timely delivery of tasks. \
  • Identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks, and recommend mitigation strategies. \
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive corporate data appropriately. \
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. \
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. \
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field. \
  • 2–5 years of experience in business management, consulting, or a similar executive support role. \
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. \
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. \
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. \
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
