Job Title:
Process Development Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Develop advanced metrology process formulations, define processing or handling equipment requirements, and review processing techniques and methods applied in product manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation.
  • Own applications and develop processes for new nodes, supporting Fab4 in recipe/model development for wafers running in Fab4.
  • Collaborate with process engineers and integration teams to identify and provide solutions for inline detection.
  • Model and analyze metrology and detection data to explain electrical failed signatures at probe.
  • Work closely with planning teams to understand Model-on-record (MOR) impact of new technology and maintain MOR accuracy for successful technology ramp.
  • Influence vendor equipment roadmaps to enable new technology development.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Physics, or related field. Master's/PhD degree preferred.
  • 3 years' experience in Metrology techniques like SEM, AFM, XRD, OCD.
  • International travel required up to 3-5 months.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
