Strategic Healthcare Insights Professional

Job Summary:

The role of Strategic Healthcare Insights Professional is to collaborate with stakeholders to drive healthcare initiatives that enhance the value of services, strengthen the ecosystem, and ensure financial sustainability.

This position involves developing a deep understanding of underlying problems and crafting relevant initiatives to address them. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing concepts, frameworks, and roadmaps for initiatives.
  • Analyzing healthcare data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and measuring initiative impact.
  • Hands-on work in driving initiatives to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Regular reporting of initiative progress to senior stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, the incumbent must have relevant expertise in functional areas, experience analyzing health data, familiarity with the Singapore healthcare financing system, and the ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • Ideal 2-3 years of relevant healthcare or health insurance experience.
  • Exposure to health insurance functions and/or deep understanding of one or two relevant functions.
  • Good understanding of value-based healthcare and utilization management.
  • Proficient in healthcare data analysis, including MS Excel and SQL.
  • Basic understanding of the healthcare system in Singapore.
  • Ability to work with external advisors and travel if necessary.
