Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager in executing business strategies.
  • Optimize sales and marketing operations.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day activities across teams.
  • Manage schedules and calendars to ensure efficient use of time.
  • Track performance metrics, including sales targets, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
  • Coordinate meetings and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Provide administrative support to improve business efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the GM to execute sales and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business operations management, ideally in sales or marketing.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a solutions-oriented mindset.
