As a TCM Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the contractors' work to ensure it is done according to requirements. This includes daily audits, roaming checks, and ensuring the tidiness of all rooms and systems, quality of alarms, and other operational activities.

  1. Coordinate with engineers on service works and schedules.
  2. Work with team leaders to ensure sufficient required manpower.
  3. Collaborate with the admin assistant to ensure SPC data are in order before sending to customer engineers.
  4. Verify employee time sheets created by the admin assistant and ensure their accuracy.
  5. Coordinate training arrangements with the admin assistant.
  6. Audit training documents to ensure accuracy and sufficiency.
  7. Provide on-the-job system training for new employees.
  8. Assist in operations when required, including monitoring SCADA, performing PMs on Titrators, troubleshooting, etc.
  9. Generate month-end reports.
  10. Prepare monthly sample schedules and ensure new systems are added to the schedules.
  11. Be the point of contact with customers when required.
  12. Implement necessary safety practices when contractors and TCGM staff carry out their work tasks.
  13. Organize mock drills with the safety officer.
  14. Generate internal SOPs when required.
  15. Be on site during supply interruptions and activate the engineer to create incident reports.
  16. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties when necessary.

Requirements:

NITEC/Diploma in Science /Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Chemical Engineering with min 5 years related experience.
