The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore's Central Catchment Nature Reserve, which will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces, and an eco-friendly resort.

Responsibilities

  • Create memorable and meaningful experiences for guests through Toy Doctor experiential activities and workshops.
  • Ensure positive customer interactions with guests.
  • Communicate with guests and Toy Doctors clearly, delivering basic toy repair and restoration with empathy and precision.
  • Address customer queries and complaints, responsible for guest satisfaction scores for Toy Doctor.
  • Uphold group values – Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, Care for Wildlife, Sustainability.
  • Assist supervisor in driving sales and experience conversion for Toy Doctor.
  • Learn and provide basic toy repair and restoration services.
  • Stay updated and share relevant park membership, conservation efforts, and related information to provide a holistic guest experience.
  • Operate booking and customer data retrieval systems to ensure smooth centre operations.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness, ensuring Toy experiences are well represented.
  • Operate point-of-sales and backend systems, ensuring sales and inventory accuracy.
  • Execute administrative activities as required.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'N' levels.
  • At least 1 year of relevant customer service experience.
  • Fun-loving; able to engage and entertain children of all ages.
  • Creative and receptive to new ideas.
  • Friendly, approachable, with a passion for service.
  • Service-oriented, patient, with good communication skills.
  • Interested in or possess basic sewing skills.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
