Sr. Art Director

As a Senior Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading the creative development and visual execution of campaigns across various media platforms.

With a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the advertising industry, you will bring your expertise in concept development, design aesthetics, and team leadership to deliver innovative and engaging advertising solutions.

Closely collaborating with copywriters, creative directors, and client servicing teams, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for print ads, hoardings, brochures, digital creatives, social media content, and branding materials.

Your role will also involve mentoring and guiding a team of junior designers and graphic artists to ensure that high creative standards are maintained throughout the creative process.

In addition to overseeing the design and layout of various marketing materials, you will be required to present design concepts and strategies to internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring that all work aligns with brand guidelines, client expectations, and project deadlines.

Staying updated on industry trends and technologies will be essential to bring fresh perspectives to campaigns and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, along with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work across print, outdoor, and digital platforms.

A deep understanding of visual composition, typography, branding, and storytelling through design will be critical for success in this role.
