We're looking for an innovative Creative Director to lead our team and drive big ideas.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated campaigns across various channels, creating cohesive and compelling visual narratives that drive brand objectives.

This role requires a strong background in art direction, with experience in leading teams and mentoring junior creatives.

You will be responsible for driving the creative vision, overseeing the quality and consistency of all visual output, and ensuring that every design element reflects the brand's identity.

A key aspect of this role is to innovate and implement more efficient ways of production, utilising industry networks and emerging technology to deliver excellence.

This position requires a strong communicator who can effectively interact with co-workers at all levels, across multiple disciplines.

As a leader, you will be expected to provide guidance and support to your team, allocate work, and set goals and KPIs for each team member.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10-12 years of work experience in a creative field
  • A portfolio showcasing brave and impactful ideas
  • Strong grasp of social media space and online media jargon and technology
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Natural ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels
