Job Title: Creative Visionary Leader

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Design Manager , with expertise in leading and managing the design process for architectural projects. This role requires collaboration with clients, project managers, and the design team to develop innovative design concepts that balance functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present design concepts to stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and engagement.
  • Oversee the production of detailed design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure projects adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards, promoting a culture of quality and excellence.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and development.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to integrate the design process with overall project execution, driving success and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Professional degree in architecture or related field, with a strong foundation in design principles and practices.
  • 5+ years of experience in design management or related role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
