Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled software development lead to spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of large-scale applications using Java programming language.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in identifying and prioritizing project requirements, ensuring high-quality coding standards, and developing system documentation for ease of use.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in software development using Java
  • Strong understanding of Java programming concepts, including object-oriented programming (OOP), multithreading, and concurrency
  • Familiarity with popular Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
  • Experience working with Agile development methodologies
