System Development Lead Position">

The company is seeking a skilled System Development Lead to design and develop digital solutions. As a key member of the software development team, you will be responsible for leading full-stack system design and implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing full-stack systems to deliver digital solutions
  • Developing and reviewing APIs to ensure they meet security and performance standards
  • Supporting secure coding practices and DevSecOps principles throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Overseeing CI/CD pipeline setup and ensuring integration within DevSecOps workflows
  • Ensuring alignment with cloud best practices (AWS or Azure) for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance

Job Requirements:

  • Hands-on development experience
  • Candidate with experience in leading software teams or projects will be considered for this role
  • Proficiency in full-stack development
  • Expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices and experience in DevSecOps toolchains
  • Proficient in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
  • Experience delivering systems for the government sector

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of software development principles, practices, and tools. You should also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your team to achieve their goals.
