Digital Solution Architect Position

Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Software Project Manager to lead and mentor a team of developers in delivering high-impact digital solutions. This key member of our organization will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of software systems.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years' experience in software development, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing projects from inception to delivery. They will also possess expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, as well as skills in software development frameworks, governance practices, Agile methodologies, and project management certifications like PMP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
  • Design and architect fullstack systems with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Develop and review robust APIs, ensuring they meet security and performance standards.
  • Promote secure coding practices and DevSecOps principles throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Oversee the setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and ensure quality assurance integration within DevSecOps workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, UI/UX designers, and infrastructure engineers.
  • Ensure alignment with cloud best practices (AWS or Azure) for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
  • Deliver systems that integrate with government authentication mechanisms and adhere to public sector compliance standards.
