Job Description

The ideal candidate will work within the Global Benefits Management team to serve assigned clients with strategic guidance on their benefits programs.

  • This role involves building excellent relationships with globally or regionally appointed corporate clients and delivering service that meets or exceeds client expectations.
Key Responsibilities

The following responsibilities are key to this position:

  • Develop and execute overall client strategy to ensure client retention and revenue growth.
  • Understand clients' global guiding principles, business profiles, risk exposures, requirements and expectations.
  • Present benchmarking data, claims analysis and market trends/insights to clients as part of the renewal process.
  • Manage the renewal process with clients, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal procedures.
  • Ensure prompt internal financial reporting and accuracy of deliverables.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with insurance and benefits industry regulations.
