About Our Opportunity

The company is hiring a Senior/Lead Electrical Engineer to spearhead the design, integration, and delivery of advanced energy technologies. This person will serve as a technical authority and project leader, guiding system design, overseeing integration, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and engaging with clients.

  • Design, develop, and integrate battery management systems and advanced energy technologies.
  • Conduct complex power system studies including load flow, protection coordination, and stability analyses.
  • Oversee system integration of energy storage and power distribution systems.
  • Provide technical guidance throughout project life cycles.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver complete solutions.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation such as specifications, reports, and design packages.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders, translating requirements into engineering solutions.
  • Mentor and supervise junior engineers; act as technical reviewer for deliverables.
  • Ensure all designs comply with safety standards, codes, and regulations.

This role requires experience in power systems or energy technology, domain expertise in battery management systems, and strong technical skills in tools like PSCAD, ETAP, PSS/E, and MATLAB/Simulink.

A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems is required, along with at least 8 years' experience in the field. Leadership, client-facing skills, and knowledge of IEEE/IEC standards are also essential for this position.

Prior R&D or innovation project experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
