Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Demand Planning Specialist to join our Global Supply Chain Organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning the demand planning and management process for designated business units, driving service level improvements through accurate demand forecasting, and influencing sales and marketing decisions based on data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather quantitative and qualitative forecast data, new product launches, and promotional plans.
  • Conduct historical analysis to provide insights into future forecasts and validate demand requirements.
  • Monitor performance against demand plans, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Publish Consensus Demand Plans to Inventory and Supply Planning Teams through Logility.
  • Manage and maintain the effectiveness of statistical forecasts by adjusting and cleansing historical demand data.
  • Analyze forecast performance metrics to measure accuracy, assess bias, and identify root causes of variance.
  • Develop and maintain product portfolios, ensuring alignment with Inventory and Supply Management Teams.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to drive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or analysis in a complex multi-plant supply network.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize competing demands.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
