Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled customer service representative to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year working experience in a front-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office is also essential for this position.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, conducting retail sales with customers, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will also be expected to assist with order fulfilment, receive and reconcile inventory shipments, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
  • Conduct retail sales with customers, including answering product questions and making recommendations
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
  • Assist with order fulfilment, including processing transactions and preparing orders for shipment
  • Receive and reconcile inventory shipments from vendors
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filing

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year working experience in a front-facing role
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
