Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Engineer to provide hardware and software support for end users. As a Helpdesk Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing remote access and video conferencing support, and updating antivirus software.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for end users and basic servers and networks.
- Offer remote access, wi-fi access, and video conferencing support.
- Update antivirus software and provide remote computing support.

Requirements

- IT qualification and/or relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of desktop operating systems and infrastructure.

What We Offer

- Competitive annual salary package between SGD 42 to 48k.
- 14 days of annual leave and above market medical coverage/insurance.
- 12-month contract with 2 months' notice period.
