Helpdesk Operations Specialist

FPT ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team. As a Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and ensuring that their issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Investigate and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support
- Contribute to the development of technical training programs for team members
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in technical support or related field
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
