Job Title: Helpdesk Support Specialist

FPT ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team. As a Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and ensuring that their issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support
  • Contribute to the development of technical training programs for team members
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in technical support or related field
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and troubleshooting techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
