System Integration Specialist Role

To succeed in this key position, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing systems to support business operations. You will collaborate with various teams to resolve issues and develop integration strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Finance department in resolving and analyzing issues with financial management systems.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to resolve and analyze issues with billing systems.
  • Work with the Operation team to resolve and analyze issues with shipping operation systems.
  • Manage and enhance existing third-party systems integration with financial management systems.
  • Identify business requirements and develop solutions to address those needs.
  • Design, set up, and maintain a centralized data vault, which is crucial for owning company data.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and develop integration mechanisms of third-party systems with the centralized data vault.
  • Provide recommendations to stay updated with technological advancements in database technology.
  • Lead projects for new system deployments.
  • Assist with daily IT support of departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Skills:

  • Strong programming skills in SQL, XML, XSLT, HTML/CSS, Java, JavaScript, JSON, PHP, and Python.
  • Experience working in accounting systems with basic accounting concepts.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Server environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Databases – SQL DB, Azure SQL Database, Dataverse.

Qualifications:

  • University graduate or diploma in computer science-related disciplines.
  • Microsoft certification in Azure Database or SQL Database related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of experience in database and application development.
  • Accounting software and business analysis experience is preferred.
