Job Title: ERP Implementation Expert

Roles and Responsibilities

As a technical expert, you will be responsible for providing guidance to users and superusers of our enterprise resource planning systems. Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless integration and efficient operation of these systems to meet the evolving needs of our business.

  • Provide technical assistance and training to users on ERP system functionality and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain ERP solutions that align with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize system performance, resolve issues promptly, and enhance user experience.
  • Support process improvements in areas such as refurbishment, warehousing, lot management, and customer-owned inventory.
  • Prepare reports and perform data analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Manage post-project support, including MRP, cycle counts, and future system-related projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or business discipline, along with strong technical skills in project management, system implementation, and data analysis.
