Learning Facilitator, Early Intervention Specialist

About the Role:

The Learning Facilitator is a key member of the early intervention/preschool teaching team at Rainbow Centre, working under the guidance of experienced educators to provide high-quality learning experiences for students with developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and prepare teaching materials, resources, and learning environments that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Provide support to early interventionists in classroom learning, facilitating student learning and development through collaborative planning and implementation of intervention approaches.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of program-wide initiatives and activities that enhance student outcomes and organizational processes.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the planning and preparation of documentation and reports as required.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a GCE 'A' Level or Diploma from a recognized institution.
  • Experience working with students with disabilities is preferred but not required.
  • A strong commitment to the values of respect, compassion, and integrity, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
