Job Title: Learning Facilitator, Early Intervention

About the Role:

The Learning Facilitator, Early Intervention is a key member of our early intervention/preschool teaching team, working under the guidance of experienced educators to provide high-quality learning experiences for students and support the effective delivery of the curriculum.

About the Team:

The Early Intervention / Preschool Programme serves students with developmental needs who are 6 years and below. We have two centres, at Margaret Drive and Yishun Park.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and prepare teaching materials, resources, and learning environments that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Provide support to early interventionists in classroom learning, facilitating student learning and development through collaborative and inclusive practices.
  • Work with a team of professionals to plan and implement intervention approaches and strategies, preparing documentation and reports as required.
  • Contribute to programme-wide initiatives and activities that innovate and improve processes for student development and organisational functioning.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a GCE 'A' Level or Diploma from a recognised institution.
  • Experience working with students with disabilities is preferred but not required.
  • A commitment to respecting the intrinsic and unique worth of every individual.
