Early Intervention Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Intervention Teacher to join our team at AWWA LTD.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality early intervention services to children with special needs, working closely with families and other professionals to develop and implement individualized plans.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized lesson plans to meet the unique needs of each child, incorporating evidence-based approaches and best practices in early childhood education.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to identify and address the needs of children, and to develop and implement strategies to support their learning and development.
- Provide direct instruction and support to children, using a range of teaching strategies and techniques to engage and motivate them.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of children, using a range of assessment tools and strategies to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions.
- Communicate effectively with families and other professionals, providing regular updates and progress reports, and working collaboratively to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of center initiatives and programs, and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Care & Education, Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with families and other professionals.
- Love working with preschoolers and a passion for early childhood education.
- Organized and meticulous, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
