We are looking for a highly skilled Operational Support Specialist to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to understand merchant challenges, and proactively communicate feedback to product teams.

As an Operational Support Specialist, you will act as a bridge between different Support and Operational functions, identifying and troubleshooting issues, providing feedback, and ideas on how to bring our customer experience to the next level.

  • Answer in-depth merchant requests about the Adyen platform and provide necessary guidance.
  • Optimize and automate processes with a strong focus on scalability.
  • Serve as a payment specialist for merchants, actively helping them optimize their account and grow their business by utilizing features of our platform.
  • Provide technical and operational assistance to merchants via phone, web-based tools, and email.
