Job Description:

  • The Director of Talent Sourcing will lead the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various departments.
  • This role involves managing the hiring process, ensuring high-quality hires within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintaining a robust pipeline of critical roles and large departments is also a key responsibility.
  • Ensuring accuracy and data integrity in applicant tracking systems (ATS) is essential for this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 6 years of total experience in talent acquisition with at least 3 years in a management or leadership position.
  2. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
