About the role We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in the successful delivery of luxury fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of assigned projects from planning to completion.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and report progress to the management team.
  • Plan, manage, coordinate, and execute retail and commercial projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in project management (General Contractor field).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • General reading and writing in Chinese and English (to liaise with English & Chinese speaking associates).
