Senior Bridge Engineering Expert

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new engineering methods and solutions to improve project outcomes, leveraging advanced bridge engineering techniques and analyses.
  • Select and apply appropriate engineering software for use on projects, staying up-to-date with current technology and industry standards.
  • Perform complex bridge engineering tasks and important engineering work efficiently and accurately, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Lead medium to large projects as Discipline Project Engineer or Discipline Lead, assuming responsibility for the team's work and delivering exceptional results.
  • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement through innovation, creative thinking, and improved processes.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with employees, clients, and other stakeholders, promoting cooperation and productivity.
Requirements:
  • No less than 10 years of related work experience in bridge engineering.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry-standard bridge design and analysis software.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse clients and staff, adapting to different styles and preferences.
