Job Summary

Investigate complex requests with accuracy and maintain the integrity of information. This role is responsible for reviewing suspicious transactions to detect fraud and determine next steps.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze system issues and trends affecting customer satisfaction or department productivity.
  • Participate in project management and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure seamless support for business collaborators.
  • Protect customer privacy by maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of information.
  • Identify and communicate trends to leadership, leveraging internal resources and research for resolutions.

Requirements
  • Proficient in Thai and English language skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience in fraud prevention roles, SAP knowledge, and ability to collaborate cross-regionally.
