Equity Trader Role Overview

LC Beacon Global Fund is a relative value arbitrage investment approach that focuses on identifying and capturing opportunities in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Delta 1 equity books for the fund, with an initial focus on Asian markets.
  • Identify and execute profitable trading strategies within the equities space.
  • Monitor and optimize positions to meet risk and return objectives.
  • Coordinate with operations, prime brokers, and execution brokers for efficient trade execution and infrastructure readiness.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience independently managing a Delta 1 equities book.
  • Strong understanding of trading infrastructure requirements and operational processes.
  • Track record of delivering consistent returns within defined risk parameters.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, particularly in working with operations teams and external partners.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with a results-oriented mindset.
