Special Needs Educator

We are seeking qualified educators to join our team in providing exceptional support to students with special needs. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning styles and abilities of our students.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect instructional support to students in a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Develop and implement specialized instructional strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with parents and guardians through regular communication and progress updates.

As a member of our educational team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) designed to promote student growth and development. Your expertise and passion for supporting students with special needs will make a significant difference in the lives of our students and their families.


Requirements
  • National Institute of Education (NIE) or National University of Singapore (NUS) qualifications in Special Education (DSE) or related fields would be advantageous.
  • Minimum General Certificate of Education (GCE) A-Level or recognized diploma for teacher positions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration and parent-teacher relationships.
