Asian Real Estate Portfolio Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the investment team to conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments;
- Develop and present high-quality investment memorandums to senior management and the investment committee;
- Engage regularly with local asset managers to monitor investment performance and provide strategic guidance;
- Design and maintain sophisticated financial models to inform asset management decisions;
- Contribute to portfolio management activities, including fund-level performance evaluation and optimization;
- Support investor relations efforts by providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in real estate or investment industries;
- A genuine passion for real estate and a demonstrated commitment to career growth in the field;
- The ability to identify and articulate key drivers of real estate and financial analysis;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
- A curious and analytical mind, with attention to detail and a broad perspective;
- Numerate and strong academic credentials;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a close-knit team;
- Fluency in English, with an additional Asian language desirable.
