Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Baby Care Specialist. This role focuses on providing top-notch care and support to infants and their mothers in a maternal wellness setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning, bathing, and changing of diapers
  • Feeding and assisting with feeding of babies
  • Taking note of babies' temperature, feeding pattern, mental/physical behavior, and other necessary information
  • Monitoring of babies' growing progress
  • Guiding parents in infection control and baby safety measurements
Requirements:
  • Possess certification in nursing care, infant care, or other relevant courses would be advantageous
  • Positive work attitude with a strong team spirit
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and demonstrate resourcefulness in problem-solving

Work Schedule & Location:

Must be able to work on rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Work location: Sentosa.

Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (includes night shift incentives)

Each shift includes a 1.5-hour break.
