The Role
This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage large, complex groups and events. As the primary point of contact for DSE Marketing and Fulfillment clients, collaboration with various teams across Disney Signature Experiences and DX organization is essential. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, payments, and mentoring Cast members. A minimum of 6 years of experience in group/event planning and execution in the travel industry is required, along with 3 years of team leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and service large, complex groups and events.
  • Collaborate with numerous teams across Disney Signature Experiences and DX organization.
  • Manage and reconcile budgets and payments.
