Job Title: Precision Maintenance and Development Specialist
DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Precision Maintenance and Development Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for examining engineering drawings to identify machining needs and ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machining processes and equipment, as well as experience in production planning, costing, and time estimation.
In this role, you will work closely with engineers to design and develop precision components and systems, analyzing production processes to find opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities- Examine engineering drawings to identify machining needs and ensure compliance with technical and quality standards.
- Monitor machining processes to meet schedules and quality requirements.
- Provide input on machining and tooling design.

- Assist engineers in designing and developing precision components and systems.
- Degree in Mechanical or Precision Engineering or a related field.
- Proficient in CAD software like MasterCAM, SolidCAM, AutoCAD.
- Experience in production planning, costing, and time estimation.
- Strong understanding of machining processes and equipment.
