Job Title: Precision Tooling Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our manufacturing team in Singapore. As a Precision Tooling Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, assembling, troubleshooting, and creating new plastic moulds.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in mould setting and tool design.
  • Able to interpret engineering drawings and understand manufacturing processes and measurement.

You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all moulds meet quality standards and are delivered on time.


Responsibilities:

Mould Design and Development: Design, assemble, troubleshoot, and create new plastic moulds.

Mould Testing and Optimization: Attend mould testing and optimize the moulding process for consistent quality.

Mould Repair and Maintenance: Perform mould repair, maintenance, and troubleshoot moulding issues; keep records.

Inspect Mould Components: Inspect all mould components and workpieces.


Requirements:
  • A diploma or NITEC in Precision Engineering or related fields.

We value excellent communication and teamwork skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
