Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance Expert

A key role in our organization is available for a Quality Assurance Professional. The right candidate will oversee the quality assurance department, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

  • Oversight of daily QA operations and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Development and maintenance of quality control and assurance programs.
  • Conducting site inspections and investigating customer complaints as needed.
  • Proposal of initiatives to enhance the quality culture.
  • Documentation of audits, collection and analysis of quality data, and preparation of reports.
  • Planning and prioritization of testing and QA tasks.
  • Maintenance and update of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
  • Conducting internal audits and supporting external audits.
  • Coordination with external bodies on quality matters.
  • Identification of training needs and organization of training sessions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • 2-3 years' experience in quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS and internal audits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
