This is a challenging role that requires the individual to review and analyze sales calls, identifying potential quality issues and reporting them to management.
- Reviewing 55 closed sales calls per day for ACQ and Customer engagement AF, Retention Team and Credit Sure.
- Reviewing of 3 additional calls per new hire of closed sales calls per day.
- Promptly reporting any calls detected with potential quality issues (e.g. misrepresentation, fraudulent) to Management.
- Preparing, tracking and sending QA related reports to management and team (NMD, SQ monthly, Penalty points table).
- Compiling all Annual Fee cards and send for processing.
- Tracking on all the status of QA cases from beginning to end process and provide update to management.
- Minimum qualification of N-Level.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in banking or finance is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of focus.
- Candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Monday – Friday, 9.00am to 6.30pm working hours.
