Senior Officer, Trade Operations Center, Group Technology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Officer to join our Trade Operations Center in Group Technology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our trade processing systems and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and resolve trade-related exceptions and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, including UCP600, ISBP, URC, URR, ISP, and INCOTERMS.
- Process and approve transactions in our trade processing system, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers and customers to provide trade technical advice and support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements, automation, and straight-through processing initiatives.
- Participate in Bank's productivity and service-related initiatives/projects.
- At least 2 years' experience in Trade Finance/Commodity/Export-Import operations and LC Documents checking within a bank.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and counterparts.
- Strong knowledge of trade finance regulations, including UCP600, ISBP, URC, URR, ISP, and INCOTERMS.
- CDCS certification preferred.
