Lead EIT Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead EIT Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing commissioning plans, procedures, and checklists for systems.

About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced engineer who can provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure the successful execution of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems during commissioning.

  • Develop commissioning plans, procedures, and checklists for systems;
  • Support the execution of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities;
  • Conduct functional and performance tests under supervision;
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems during commissioning;
  • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company standards;
  • Coordinate with operations, vendors, and contractors during commissioning;
  • Maintain accurate commissioning records, reports, and documentation;
  • Participate in system handover to operations teams;
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or relevant Engineering discipline, and Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred. You should also have 5–10 years of experience in EIT or related engineering fields. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in MS Office and engineering software tools.

Familiarity with industry standards such as API, ASME, IEC, and client-specific guidelines is also desirable. Knowledge of NORSOK requirements and guidelines will be an added advantage.
