Training Coordinator

Job Title: Training Admin
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our team as a Training Admin. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating training sessions, managing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional support to our team.
Salary InformationThe estimated salary for this role is $3,000 per month, with a one-month completion bonus included.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of this role include:
- Liaising with training providers and officers to ensure smooth training sessions
- Booking rooms, liaising with trainers, printing training materials, and scheduling participants
- Preparing training reports using Microsoft Excel
- Managing user access in IT systems regarding resignation, internal posting, leave, and secondment
- Verifying monthly invoices and payments
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- GCE O Levels or above
- At least one year of experience in coordinating training and administrative duties
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
