Avoidance of Regulatory Pitfalls and HR Compliance
The ideal candidate will assist in the implementation of Xtremax's policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with labor laws and regulations. This internship is perfect for those who want to gain hands-on experience in HR and develop their skills in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of recruitment processes, including advertising, resume screening, and interview arrangements.
- Conduct reference checks for potential candidates.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of onboarding materials and biometric registration.
- Organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Support the administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor employee attendance records.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support the maintenance of confidential HR records and documentation.
- Maintain the office pantry and manage inventory.
- Support office maintenance activities and handle ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
- Pursuing a diploma/degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to commit to a 3-month internship, extendable to 6 months.
- Passion for Human Resources and interest in the Tech industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous, organized, and able to prioritize and execute tasks independently.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
- Singaporean / SPR eligibility.
