HR Digital Transformation Specialist

People Operations plays a crucial role in driving business outcomes and employee success. Our team is seeking an HRIS Specialist to join our crew of innovators and problem-solvers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing HR data, with a minimum of 4 years of experience. This individual will be responsible for extracting, transforming, and loading data from various sources into our in-house Data Warehouse.
- Data cleansing: Reviewing data sets, validating data against source documents or trusted parties to ensure accuracy
- Data field mapping: Ensuring data sets are correctly mapped to the receiving Data Warehouse platform
- Data transformation and loading: Converting data into the required format and structure of the Data Warehouse
- Other job duties as assigned
The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical, meticulous, and resourceful skills. Advanced excel skills and ability to handle large amounts of data are essential. Experience with Workday HCM, SAP, and data warehousing tools is highly advantageous.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of a robust reporting and data analysis capability. The selected individual will be part of a cross-functional project team, working closely with stakeholders to deliver quality and customer-centric HR shared services.
What We Are Looking For- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in managing HR data
- Analytical, meticulous, and resourceful
- Advanced excel skills and ability to handle large amounts of data
- Experience with Workday HCM, SAP, and data warehousing tools is a great advantage
This position offers a fast-paced work environment, and the ability to multitask is highly valued. Good written/verbal communication skills and collaboration across teams are also essential.
