Digital HR Transformation Specialist

The Ministry of Defence of Singapore seeks a skilled professional to drive the coordination and outcome delivery of a multi-year HR Digital Transformation (HRDT) journey in its HR Management structures, culture, and processes.
">Job DescriptionYou will assist Army HR Leadership in driving coordination and outcome delivery of a multi-year HR Digital Transformation (HRDT) journey. This includes collaborating with MINDEF/SAF-wide HRDT Change Network, overseeing and executing change management activities as Army Change Management Lead, mapping and making visible Army's HRM systems and processes, investigating areas for optimisation with key stakeholders, leading understanding and adoption of new HR management platform, and driving HR processes transformation in the Army.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Education in Human Resource is preferred
- Good understanding and knowledge of Human Resource practices
- Interest in latest technology development in government and commercial sectors
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of SAF HR System
