Product Manager Job Description

We are seeking a Product Manager to spearhead the development and launch of a new gaming financial product. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the gaming market, user behavior, and financial services.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing the product, ensuring it meets the needs of the gaming community. This includes developing a comprehensive strategy for product planning and design, market research and data analysis, financial modelling and business optimization, and product launch and go-to-market execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Planning & Design: Develop and design the financial product, ensuring it meets the needs of the gaming community. Research industry trends and align product strategies with gaming market demands. Coordinate with technical, operations, and marketing teams to drive product execution.
  • Market Research & Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on gaming users' spending habits to refine product offerings. Analyse industry trends and competitive products to identify unique advantages. Use data analytics to optimize user conversion and retention rates.
  • Financial Modelling & Business Optimization: Perform financial modelling to assess product revenue, costs, and profitability. Research collaboration models and financial institutions to determine the best partnership structures. Develop pricing strategies and revenue models to ensure long-term product viability.
  • Product Launch & Go-To-Market Strategy: Design and execute product launch plans, including marketing, distribution channels, and user acquisition strategies. Collaborate with marketing and community teams to integrate the product into gaming ecosystems. Gather user feedback post-launch and drive continuous improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Gaming & Financial Products: 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in gaming or fintech. Strong understanding of gaming markets, user behavior, and financial services.
  • Data Analysis & Financial Modelling: Proficiency in data analysis to drive product optimization and business strategy. Experience in financial modelling and revenue forecasting, particularly in card or
