Business Analysis and Project Coordination Role

This position involves overseeing business change requests following a structured framework, with a focus on finance and data domains. You will be the primary point of contact for all business needs, managing stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of change requests.

  • Collaborate with business users to define requirements and gather feedback.
  • Work closely with technical teams to estimate project effort and develop effective solutions.
  • Consolidate prioritized lists of change requests, including detailed cost estimates and impact analysis.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communicate project progress to ensure alignment with business objectives.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will support departmental administrative tasks such as employee onboarding, meeting coordination, and document preparation. A key aspect of this role is your ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain excellent communication skills throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or Data Science.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Aptitude for detail, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with system analysis and project management methodologies is an asset.
  • Fast learner with a passion for collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong tracking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
