Financial Systems Coordinator

As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial systems.
- Support audit log reviews for system users and vendors by monitoring and analyzing system activity to identify potential security threats.
- Monitor settlement runs, check for rejected payments, and liaise with agencies for resolution to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Assist with migrating documents into knowledge management systems and brainstorm ideas to improve financial processes and reduce errors.
- Update system setups and create new budget plans per agency to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Support ad-hoc change requests and system testing to ensure seamless updates and minimal downtime.
- Handle service requests from agencies per SLA, including data maintenance, to provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely resolutions.
- Monitor and report on change requests, service requests, and incident requests weekly to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain and update documentation for standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
Requirements:
- Citizenship: Singaporean only
- Education: Minimum Diploma in Finance, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- Familiarity with financial systems and service management platforms is highly desirable
