About the Role:
The Senior Retail Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a retail mall, ensuring maximum profitability and occupancy while maintaining strong relationships with tenants.
This role involves strategic planning, marketing, leasing, and management of the mall, including preparing annual budgets, formulating business plans, and rolling out leasing and marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of marketing, leasing, and management of the mall.
- Responsible for the profitability of the asset, including preparing annual budgets and formulating business plans.
- Spearhead any potential asset enhancement initiatives.
- Lead and motivate a team in providing professional property management and leasing services to owners, tenants, and assets under management.
- Implement strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the assets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of Retail Mall Management experience.
Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred. Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems. Leadership skills to set, manage, and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple departments results within a function. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, expert organizational skills, and an advanced inquisitive mindset are required.Why This Role?
