Job Title:
Global Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and requests, including bookings and coordination. This will involve creating bookings in our proprietary system and collaborating with carriers, depots, trucking companies, insurance providers, and customs clearance specialists.

The role requires the ability to handle a full range of import and export shipments, as well as shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, Delivery Orders, Permit Declarations, Notice of Arrivals, etc.

Prominent communication and response skills are essential, with a focus on maintaining close relationships with vendors, customers, carriers, and overseas agents.

Key responsibilities include offering solutions to clients for shipment or space optimization.

Additional qualifications and experiences required include a minimum of two years' working experience in Freight Forwarding, a general diploma in Freight Forwarding/Logistics (although candidates without this qualification but with relevant track records may also be considered), and a working knowledge of Import and Export processes.
