Job Title: Global Logistics Coordinator


As a key member of our operations team, the Global Logistics Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring seamless and efficient logistics services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating import/export documentation and processes, preparing shipping documents, and providing exceptional customer support.


Responsibilities:
  • Documentation Management: Arrange import/export documentation and processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Shipping Coordination: Prepare shipping documentation, including LC/FTA agreements, and coordinate with warehouse teams for export/import shipment preparation.
  • Customer Support: Provide top-notch customer service, advising clients on country-specific rules and regulations, and resolving any issues that may arise during shipments.
  • Communication: Liaise with agents and shipping companies to maintain strong relationships and ensure timely information exchange.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform other administrative duties as required, including preparing profit and loss statements for each shipment.

Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum GCE N or O level/Diploma in any discipline.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience: Preferably with logistics/shipping/freight forwarding experience.

  • Logistics Management: Coordinating import/export documentation and processes.
  • Communication: Effective communication with clients, agents, and shipping companies.
